Taking into consideration the time involved for preparation and the quality of the product, we feel that we received exceptional value for our money.

We do not feel anything more could have been added to the service.

The quality of the Meal provided was on par with any Fine Dining Establishments that we have experienced. Chef John’s personal approach to the fine dining experience was both professional and enriching. In using our modest kitchen, Chef John was able to create a fabulous meal.

Chef John was very attenuative to our needs. He was very helpful in guiding us in a creating our menu for our special occasion.

Yes, it was wonderful to let someone else have the responsibility of determining quantities of food and ensuring that the meal was ready on time. We were all Pleased.

Nothing to add.

Yes, the food was tasty. Served at the right temperature. Many people commented on the quality of the meal. Especially the chicken with mushroom wine sauce. The fruit skewers were a great hit. We appreciated the help with the coffee and tea. 



Yes, John was personable, prompt, thorough. The service and cleanup were excellent. The kitchen and the tables were left clean and tidy and the remaining of the food items were well organized. Thanks also to Julie for her assistance.

May be a written instructions for reheating the food would have been helpful. Not a big deal though.

Meal was terrific, all of our guests enjoyed the beef. It was probably better than what I had expected.



John was definitely considerate and accommodating to our specific needs. He remembers the little details which says a lot. He was helpful with the parts of the menu I was preparing which was very appreciated. Would recommend to our Friends and Family!! Thanks John

Everything was Absolutely Excellent!!

Dear John

 I just wanted to thank you for making our Anniversary Celebration so special. We were all pleased that everything went so well, and Mom & Dad were so happy.

I’ve had quite a number of calls from guests who said that they had a wonderful time and that the food was great-of course I passed your name to all of them.

I do still have a few of your trays- call me and we can make arrangements for you to get them.

Thanks again!! I will certainly call you for our next event!
